The City of Bolivar Municipal Center is located in the heart of Bolivar. The municipal center houses the administrative offices, the city council chambers, a multi-purpose gymnasium, senior services center, and a multi-purpose community events room.

The city administrator is responsible for the oversight and management of daily operations within all branches of city government.

The Bolivar City Council is comprised of a total eight (8) elected members representing the two districts of Bolivar equally.
The Bolivar City Council meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the council chambers of the Bolivar Municipal Center.
The city administrative staff is responsible for the oversight and management of the fiscal budget, grants management and administration, and city finance.

The municipal center community room is a multi-purpose space available for rental by members of the community. For information regarding room rental, please contact city hall.
The Bolivar Municipal Center is accessible to persons with disabilities. Persons with special needs who wish to attend public meetings should contact city hall at (731) 658-2020 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting should special accommodations be necessary.
