The City of Bolivar Municipal Center is located in the heart of Bolivar. The municipal center houses the administrative offices, the city council chambers, a multi-purpose gymnasium, senior services center, and a multi-purpose community events room.

The city clerk & recorder is responsible for the maintenance of all public meeting documents. Ms. Rhea also serves as an administrative assistant to the mayor and manages the daily operations of the mayor's office.
