About the event
As part of the fire department's Operation RUALARMED initiative, department personnel will be installing smoke alarms in selected neighborhoods. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity if you do not have working smoke alarms or if your alarms are more than 10 years old. This service is provided free to the citizens of Bolivar as the result of a collaborative effort between the State Fire Marshal's Office and the Bolivar Fire Department.
