City Council Honors Ms. Ruby Harvey

The Bolivar City Council honored Ms. Ruby Harvey at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019. The council recognized Ms. Harvey for her outstanding leadership and conveyance of community awareness for gun violence in our community. Ms. Harvey is extremely active in MAGNUM (Men/Mothers Against Gun violeNce Unity Movement) founded by her son, Caleb Minter, after the death of his brother, Clarence Minter, Jr., in December 2014. MAGNUM aims to bring awareness to gun violence by creating various opportunities and events that focus on the importance of unity, community, love, and respect. Thanks, Ms. Harvey, for all that you do in our community! #MAGNUMmovement
