The March business spotlight in on the Warrior Center Thrift Store. The Warrior Center Thrift Store is located at 1347 West Market Street in Bolivar. The Warrior Center Thrift Store opened in 2020, is operated by Warrior Ministries, and benefits the Warriors Center for Women. Warrior Ministries has been a part of the Bolivar community for some time, but the Warrior Center for Women has just recently begun their ministry in Bolivar.
Warrior Ministries offers a faith-based solution to the drug epidemic. The program uses a holistic approach to recovery by providing healing for the mind, body, and spirit. The Warriors Center for Women assists women who are battling addiction, abuse, and homelessness. The residential program provides long-term transitional housing, recovery support, job training, and after care. Courses offered include life skills, personal discipline, accountability, service work, personal faith, and team building. The Warriors Center gives back to the community through various forms of service to the community.
The Warrior Center Thrift Store hours are:
Monday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
