If you have never eaten at Hatsuhana, you are missing something special! We could not possibly list every item on the 4-page menu, but they are sure to have something to please even the pickiest of eaters. Hatsuhana has culinary masterpieces such as the Hibachi Chicken, Skillet Pork Chop, Grilled Tilapia, Grilled or Baked Salmon, Sumo, Godzilla, Hibachi Ribeye Steak, and the Hatsuhana Box on their list of specials. According to Mr. Rasasack, the 9-1-1, Kilroy, and Hwy 64 rolls are the all-time Bolivar faves! When I asked Mr. Rasasack about why they located in Bolivar and have kept their business here for the last 22 years, he stated, “We love it here. Bolivar is the best city in the world.” He said it with a smile and enthusiasm so I have no doubt that he fully believes in Bolivar!
